A 25 year tenured Building Enclosure Consultant and business development leader dedicated to helping owners and architects deliver durable, high-performing buildings. At New Atlantic, I lead strategic growth initiatives while serving as a technical resource on building enclosure performance, constructability, and risk mitigation.

My expertise focuses on the building enclosure as a system where roofing, facades, air and water barriers, and moisture control must work together to protect the owner’s investment and support the architect’s design intent. As an active Board member of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), I stay closely engaged with industry research, standards, and best practices that influence long-term building performance.

In addition to my consulting work, I serve on multiple industry and professional boards, contributing to discussions that advance quality, accountability, and innovation across the built environment. This involvement keeps me connected to emerging trends, regulatory considerations, and the evolving expectations of owners and design professionals.
